Prayers for Keiti

Many of you know that I’m a writer. A not-getting-paid for my writing, but a writer nonetheless. I was perusing through the classifieds in our local paper yesterday and saw an ad that the paper was looking for freelance writers. So, I sent off an email. I heard back from the guy today who will be contacting the best candidates during the first week of December. I sent along a couple of essays to prove my writing ability and now I wait.
The one thing that doesn’t go in my favor is that I have no newspaper experience. I’m hoping my writing ability will make up for it.
So, I’m asking for prayers, good thoughts, good mojo - whatever you feel like sending along - that I get this opportunity. It’s about time I start taking my writing seriously and working toward getting professional credits and pay. Writing is just about the only thing that I’m fairly good at.
