Memo? What Memo?

By Keiti | January 4, 2008

I try to stay away from political discussions for the most part.  I think I make public note of that fact every time I post a blog that deals even remotely with politics.

Anyway, today I’m a happy girl.  I’ve spent the past week or so telling my parents I would be happy to see Hillary get her butt handed to her at the Iowa Caucus.  I don’t like her.  I think she’s fond of doing exactly what I despise about politicians (that being telling us exactly what we want to hear), I think she has a hard time being truthful, and I don’t like the fact that she tends to sound whiny.   I’m all for a woman in the white house, but I’m not for any woman in the white house simply because of gender.

Despite having gone to an all female college where a portion (at least the very least, a ridiculously vocal minority) would vote for Hillary simply because she’s a woman, I think I missed the feminists-sticking-together-no-matter-what memo.

Misfit me don’t play that way.

I hear you! I hope most of the “feminists” really use their head and don’t just vote based on gender!
