Damn the Man!

So, here I am on week four of my new job, and I’ve come to the conclusion that working for other people sucks. If I didn’t have Scotland looming on the horizon, I think I would have continued to not work outside of the home while I got some more writing done.
It’s not that the job is particularly difficult - the pay sucks, but I say that about every job I work - It’s just that it takes time away from the other things I want and need to do. My blog has undoubtedly suffered, and all my lovely readers (quiet though most of them are), have my sincerest apologies. I’m pretty much brain dead by the time I get home and all I want to do is veg out.
I’m going to make a concerted effort to be a bit more proactive. Which means my weekends will be spent writing blog posts in advance.
So bear with me while I get myself settled.
