I love the Indiana Jones movies.
Well, Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, anyway. Temple of Doom had its funny moments, but it certainly wasn’t a great movie.
So it is with a mixture of excitement and dread that I await the release of The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. It’s either going to be really good or really bad.
There’s no room for middle ground on this one.
I saw the movie trailer a couple of weeks back, so I’m hopeful that it’s going to be good.
There’s a great article on msnbc about the move and you can view the trailer not only for The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom, and The Last Crusade, as well, on Yahoo.
I’m kind of irritated that the movie isn’t released until 22 May, but that’ll give me time to let the anticipation build.
Not to mention, give my patience a little practice.
It’s a bit rusty.

At first glance I thought you were embracing open wheel racing. But it turns out it’s about some kinda movie or something. Hate to break it to you but I’ve already seen it. And it’s horrible. It’s runs about 4 1/2 hours long. It’s also in French with no sub-titles and it’s poorly animated. Enjoy!

You know - one of my favorite German movies (Christiana F.) was finally released on dvd some years ago. (After I’d spent years trying to track it down.)
Turns out there were no English subtitles available and with my German as poor as it is…
Let’s just say, been there, done that.
