Yet Another Road Trip

So, I think I mentioned a while back that I might be going to Wisconsin for a job.
I leave on Wednesday and should be in Wisconsin by Friday. I’m concerned about hitting nasty weather; I’ve never driven in snow, really - except in Atlanta, and it’s always been the barest minimum, so it doesn’t really count.
But I’m happy to be going on another road trip. I’m stopping in Atlanta Wednesday night to see DC, then I’ll head up to Wisconsin where I’ll be until late April, probably, then head over to the coast of Virginia to see the other KP who I haven’t seen in fourteen years. I’m not sure how long I’ll stay, but I’m playing that by ear since I don’t have anywhere specific to be until the 4th of September when the Queen Mary 2 leaves port for Southampton, England. I’ll have to come back down to Florida to get everything finalized before I head up to New York, but there will be more than enough time.
More to come later; right now I’ve got to get back to work.

Traveling Mercies, Keiti. And just remember, not matter what your reflexes tell you, DON’T hit the brakes if the road is icy. Downshift, take your foot of the gas, counter steer or just sit there but don’t hit the brake

I apologize for the delay in replying; I’ve spent the past three days driving up to Wisconsin.
