All Scotland, All The Time

I’ve finally managed to get myself to realize that I’m leaving for Scotland in about 3 weeks and 8 days.
Which means the to-do lists I create when I get up are actually getting done.
I still have plenty to do, but most of the big stuff is done, thankfully. I still need to decide whether I’m staying in London the night I arrive or if I’m going to scoot on up to Stirling. It’ll depend on how late I can arrive and still move into temporary campus housing. I’m waiting for an email back from the university about that one.
And I’d never thought I’d say this, but I need to figure out what I’m going to do about shoes - I suppose most girls would have this issue, but most of my shoes are actually boots which means that not only are they heavy, but they take up more space. I’ve got to spend some time on that today. Of course, I don’t need to take all of my boots, but there are certain pairs I need to take with me, either physically or have them shipped. I’m only taking on small suitcase with me because I want to be able to take it as a carry on rather than check it - I’m worried that if I check it it’ll be misplaced and that would be disastrous.
So the final minute details need to be solved.
I kinda suck at minute details.
Does anyone else have that problem, or is it just me?

I was packed two weeks before I knew I was even going on a trip. And I’ve already accomplished four things that I wanted to do in Portland and I haven’t even left for the airport yet.
So, yeah, I’m thinking it’s just you!!!!
You miss me already, don’t ya?
I’ll check in when I can but plan to be annoyed on a more regular basis after the 19th.
