Bald Man and Rat

So, the story isn’t exactly about bald man and a rat, but there’s a picture of one included with the article. 
As someone who’s owned a couple of pet rats over the years (and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, except for the stealth hunter that is Mr. Dorian Gray) I am ecstatic to see this article…Rats, like many other creatures, tend to have a bad reputation. Perhaps this article will change some minds.
Btw, I can say without hesitation that my parents are glad I never had a pet rat quite that big. But don’t worry…there’s still time! he he he
As an aside, I’m totally sick again. It was an absolutely breathtaking day today (pictures forthcoming at some point) and cold as you can possibly imagine. I think it made it to, maybe, 36 F today. Normally it wouldn’t be too bad since I tend to stay inside on days like today unless I absolutely have to go out, but my room is long and narrow and heated by a radiator…I’ve had it cranked full-tilt all day and my room is still pretty chilly.

WOW!!! That’s a BIG rat!!
I’ve got a good friend who is a vet and she recommends rats as pets a million times over hamsters, espec. for little kids. She said that hamsters bite more and are more difficult to care for. Actually, when she and I had this convo earlier this year, I thought of you, remembering your pretty little rats back in the early 90s!

I’ve actually seen rats bigger – wild rats, as in big city-type – from what I understand, rats tend to grow according to the size of their surroundings…don’t know where I heard that, so I could be completely wrong. It would explain them being as big as small dogs…seriously. THAT was kinda creepy.
Yeah, I miss H.O. He was awesome!
Am not feeling better, but don’t feel any worse, so I guess that’s something.
I never thought I’d say this, but enjoy the warm weather for me! he he he
